Sad to experience the level of bsnl service in Tamenglong as of now. However let us introspect and see what we can do from our side to improve the situation.
Do we public, try to help the staffs of BSNL feel welcomed at Tamenglong or for that matter anywhere in Tamenglong. Do we help them when they are harassed by every Tom Dick and Harry when they are demanded money for every conceivable excuse ( sic function and organizations : overground(s) and and underground(s)) almost all the time.
It is time to stop complaining about the service provided.
Iike the monkey in the "Read and Tell" text book i read in my class 1 /2 days about a monkey sitting on the far end of the branch and cutting the same branch, not realising it will fall with the tree., those of us in the community should realise, that the bsnl service is bound to fail if we harass the staff all the time blah..blah.. so let us first reform ourselves before we complain of the service... kkk ????

All the office staff are the King & Queen even the gate keeper is mightier than his own boss in the office since they are the local people!

The staff who learnt how to fixed a cable or calculate the reading will boss around as if he's the only person who know that work and all the public will beg him!

This applies to all the office and department at Tamenglong and all these happens because we the public has given the priority and power to the staff to do their own will without even attaining their office etc

If public complain them? All Over/Under ground will be there to protect them so no worries, no work, no facilities, only salaries! lets chill! Hakuna-mata-ka-ka
